So, Mia was wanting a tea party, so I agreed to a back to school tea party to get the excitement for kindergarten going. She invited 4 friends plus her, which is 5, which is perfect since she is 5....at least this was Mia's logic. Piper got to have her BFF Emma come too! We did a tea party lunch, blow up bouncer, scavenger hunt and pinata. Complete overkill. I thought face painting would be fun.....minus the fact that one girl, Anna, was allergic. Thanks goodness my friend Melissa, whom I work with, was there and Anna was her daughter, we were able to get her washed up immediately. Thanks to all my friend mom's that helped with this day! Mia thinks this needs to be an annual back to school event. I agree...but think we will stick to just the tea!
